Inspiration Workday

Today you'll submit your "All About Me" assignment to the dropbox. We'll learn how to create an activity in Kidspiration and look at some additional examples of project ideas. You will have the remainder of class to work on your project.

Your Inspiration/Kidspiration project is due Thursday, October 6 at the beginning of class. You should bring a printed copy of each activity and each teacher information sheet.

For your Teacher Information Sheet the Technology Integration Standard addressed is:
"Uses brainstorming/webbing software in planning, organizing, and prewriting. " This is from the Technology Integration Standards on the Georgia Learning Connections website. Your content standards should come from the Georgia Performance Standards.

NEW COURSE!
EDIT 5500 - Technology-Enhanced Learning Environments will be offered for the first time during Spring Semester 2006 on T/Th from 12:30-1:45. This course is a part of the Interdisciplinary Certificate Program in Instructional Technology (EDIT 2000 is also a part of the Certificate!). In this course you will design and develop curriculum materials and lesson plans for public/educational institutions, non-profit organizations - following a service learning format. You will develop technology-based solutions to challenges in adapting to diversity and learning styles, bridging the digital divide, and other relevant issues. This course is open to education majors.
